Our walk at Locust Grove was postponed because of the storms that rolled through last night. Instead we measured our body fat (no comment), did the next two chapters in our book (remember, this is a four hour class), and played kick ball!
I haven't played kick ball since about fourth grade. It went better than I thought though. I never missed kicking the ball and I even managed to make a home run for my team. We won and the losing team had to make up the difference in push-ups. Twelve to be exact. Whoo-hoo!
Air-conditioning install going much better than expected. If it weren't for the vents in the bedrooms, I wouldn't even have known they were here. The technicians are even saying we could have air-conditioning in our bedrooms by Friday. I can't believe it. Did you notice how nice it is this morning? Uh-huh. You can thank me for the pleasant summer you are about to have later.
Busy day today. The Boy's car is finally registered and insured. Today he gets new tires and an inspection and everything else that comes with getting that inspection sticker. (sigh) The Girl comes home after two weeks of visiting family in South Carolina. Did she miss us or Hanna Montana on The Disney Channel. I am voting for Hanna.
