Gracias

The presentation went well. I want to thank all of you that waved on cue. That worked out well. La Profesora was very interested in my blog, so I guess it was good that I said some nice things about the class. I scrolled down to show her the lesson we discussed about washing one's hair and the "fotografia muy bonita" of the Cartwheel Galaxy. The rest of the class did good too. One girl shared Mexican Wedding Cookies with the class, others talked about their family, and two guys went shopping for clothes with an actual clothes rack full of suits and shirts.

I am glad that is done. Only need to take the Astronomy final tonight and the Spanish final next week. Yesterday in Philosophy we were given the topics of the take-home/in-class final on Orwell's 1984. I went straight to the library and used a computer there to get almost three pages typed in draft. The entire essay should only be about three pages so I'll have that finished in no time. It's due tomorrow afternoon.

I really enjoyed this semester, but I'll be glad when it's done. It almost seems that the holiday season is happening around me, and I'm just not quite a part of it yet. I am just outside the merriment. The Guy reminds me that I did already put lights on the deck and the porch, and Santa is waving from my car's back window, but that hasn't been enough. I think I've been telling myself that when these tests are over, then I can finally join the fun. I am anticipating it to happen this weekend.

¡Feliz Navidad!
