No Parking Here Ma'am

Can you believe we are where we're at? I mean, look at me! Only one class this week - Spanish final tomorrow - and then the holidays start. Presents are wrapped and the tree is trimmed. Nothing left to do but bake cookies and attend holiday parties. I found myself actually cleaning off my desk this weekend and deciding whether to keep notes and texts, or just toss them and return the texts to the bookstore. Opinions?

I also anxiously check for grades being posted, but they aren't due until the weekend. I'll let you know what happens.

We made the mistake of going to the mall this weekend. We just wanted to see a movie. (I Am Legend - it was great!) You would think that as movies goers we would have been able to find a parking spot. No, it wasn't happening. I followed other's examples and made a spot at the end of an aisle. We were out of the way and all, but came out of the mall to find a warning notice on my car from mall security. If nothing else, the warning makes a nice bookmark.

We did get some extra presents while we were there too. We were practically done with our holiday shopping, but while we were there we picked up a couple of extra things for The Kids and even for ourselves. 'Tis the season!
